The scope was to extend & completely refurbish the existing annexe so the home owners parents could move into it. A vaulted ceiling & roof window was added to the bedroom extension which flooded the room in daylight. High end sanitaryware was used for the bathroom and a bespoke Wren kitchen for the kitchen area. The flooring was finished off with luxury vinyl for the living areas and premium carpet for the bedroom. The end product gave the customer more living space and a more modern feel to the property.
