Here we extended 3m across the back of the house as well as removing the entire rear wall of the existing house. We also removed the dividing wall between the kitchen and the lounge. This created an enormous kitchen/diner/living area. We also converted the garage to a play room. Underfloor heating throughout the whole area. Traditional underfloor heating in the extension and then heat emission plates installed between the joists in existing areas. Aluminium bi-fold doors, french doors & roof lanterns provided the daylighting to the new areas. Single ply membrane was used for the roof finish giving the rear of this property an ultra modern feel.
