This extension had to be piled and timber framed due to the surrounding trees. We then opened up the back of the house to the extension creating this large kitchen/diner/living area. Underfloor heating was added to the extension living and existing dining areas. Externally we took all the pebbledash off the outside walls and then sprayed the whole house in Ecorend spray render giving the outside a complete facelift as well as laying a porcelain patio to rear at the same level as insode floor giving a smooth transition from inside to outside.
