The brief was to convert the existing garage to a second kitchen whilst making it match up with rest of the house exterior at the front. We were then to take the garage roof off, put a new first floor on which incorporated a new master bedroom and en-suite. All material finishes from brickwork, render, windows & roof tiles were matched to the existing building as best we could. As you can see from the pictures, I think we achieved our target.
